well, i have two things to say in reply to this post...
one: by "already started" do you mean your currently taking the two week break?
two: what the author fails to state is that no matter what type of workout you do, within the first week or two your going to see dramatic results, then you'll see results for a little bit, then you'll plateu and you need to maintain that... that's what you'll see body builders and guys that lift for a long time and get no bigger, b/c each persons bodies are different and size is not an indication of strength. :)
